Privacy Policy of the Ardride Service

Ardride, a company providing electric bike and car rental services in Poland, pays special attention to the protection of users' personal data. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what measures we take to protect it in accordance with the European GDPR (RODO) regulation.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Data

We collect and process only the personal data necessary to provide our services:

  • When submitting a rental request: name, phone number, order details, and selected city (Szczecin or Poznań).
  • When using the contact form: name, phone number, and message content.

This data is used exclusively to process requests, communicate with clients, conclude rental agreements, and provide requested information.

2. Data Transfer to Third Parties

We guarantee that your personal data is not transferred or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Exceptions are cases where the transfer is required by the law of the Republic of Poland (e.g., upon an official request from law enforcement agencies).

3. Data Storage and Protection

We apply modern technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, unauthorized access, or modification. Only authorized Ardride administrators have access to the client database.

4. Cookies (Technical and Protective Measures)

To ensure website security and protect against spam, we use strictly necessary technical cookies (e.g., session tokens for form protection and temporary lock tags for IP addresses sending spam). We do not use advertising trackers or analytical cookies that track your online behavior.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR (RODO) regulation, you have the right to:

  • Obtain information about the data we store.
  • Request the complete deletion (right to be forgotten) or correction of your data.
  • Withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.
