What does the bike rental process look like?

It's very simple! Choose the model you are interested in on our website and click "Book now". After receiving your request, we will contact you to arrange the details and schedule the bike handover in Szczecin.

Do you charge a refundable deposit?

No, we do not charge any deposit! We know perfectly well that every penny counts when starting a new job. Instead of freezing your funds, we simply sign a clear and transparent rental agreement. Upon collecting the bike, you just need to have a valid ID with you.

What are the payment methods?

Payment for the rental is made upon picking up the bike. We accept cash or bank transfer (including BLIK) — choose the option that is most convenient for you!

What happens in case of a bike breakdown during work?

We perfectly understand that the bike is your work tool. In the event of a technical fault (which does not result from mechanical damage caused by the user), we provide support. We try to repair the equipment as soon as possible or, subject to availability, replace it with another one so you can continue delivering orders.
